Over the years, I’ve talked about fear and the power it can have in holding you back. Fear will keep you from applying for a certain job, starting a business, having a difficult conversation, taking a chance or trying something new.
But fear can also be an indicator. It’s an indicator that you want something more…something different…something better.
Rarely do you experience fear when we are in our comfort zone. It’s only when you start thinking about making a change – a shift – that could move you closer to your vision and your goals does fear rise up in you.
If you are feeling stuck because you’re in fear, the unfortunate truth is that you will probably stay stuck until you are willing to face the fear and move forward anyway. And if you’re willing, the next question you have to answer is how do you do it? How do you face it?
